Update on DB Transfers from the PASA Transfers Working Group board sponsor, Margaret Snowdon:
“After a bit of a wait, the important Conditions for Transfer regulations have just been published. The regulations changed significantly from the original consultation and PASA was able to keep alongside this. We are now in a good position to update our transfers guidance, and we are rebooting our DB Transfers Code project so we can build in the DWP, TPR and FCA rules and guidance.
We have put out a call for additional members of the team to allow us to move forward quickly, so anyone interested in developing a Code for dealing with DB transfers, please let us know. We start meeting again this week and plan to publish our new Code early in the new year.”
