The Pensions Administration Standards Association (PASA), the independent body dedicated to driving up standards in pensions administration, has promoted Lucy Collett to Operations Director.
Collett was Board Executive at the association for eights years. Prior to that her industry roles included both Administration Manager and DC Oversight Manager.
Kim Gubler, PASA Chair, commented: “PASA has grown in size and influence since its inception in 2011.
We now have 19 active working groups and committees, and approaching 200 volunteers. While the committees support the running of PASA as an organisation, the working groups produce a steady stream of content from articles, blogs, whitepapers and Guidance to webinars and our annual Conference. This is a huge amount of people and information to manage and Lucy has the skills and knowledge to do this.
Lucy’s new role is key as we continue to grow as an organisation. It’s become clear we need a central point of control to ensure our operations and ways of working are professional, structured and consistent. There are many moving pieces and it’s imperative PASA’s voice and message is consistent, clear and strong both internally and externally. Through her management and coordination of our multi-disciplinary committees and working groups, we will be able to better deliver on our central objective of improving people’s retirement outcomes through raising administration standards across the pensions industry.”
