Why good administration is at the cornerstone of a great pension system, delivering a great experience and protecting people from scams.
Administration is often seen as the poor relation to investment when it comes to delivering great member outcomes. But it is the administration side of things, not the trustee or the investment manager, that is the interface between the scheme and the customer. Getting this right is important in delivering great customer outcomes, getting this wrong creates member dissatisfaction and plays into the hands of scammers.
