Kim has more than 30 years industry experience, and is a Fellow of both the PMI and Pensions Advisory Service. She set up KGC, a leading governance consultancy, in 2002.
Kim is a strong advocate of leveraging technology to deliver better outcomes for pensions savers. She was a founding director of PASA and has been Chair since 2019. She is a Trustee of the Crystal master trust and an Accredited Professional Trustee. Kim also sat on the Pension Dashboards Programme Steering Group, the Small Pots Co-ordination Group and represented PASA on the ERI Taskforce. Kim is also PMI’s Principal Examiner for Professionalism and Governance and on the Examining Committee.
Kim is a business graduate and holds a Diploma in Business Excellence. Outside of pensions she is a British Dressage judge, as well as competing on her own horses.
