PASA plays a vital role in setting those standards. We provide practical Guidance, independent accreditation, and a clear voice to support trustees, employers, and administrators in delivering the very best outcomes for savers.

As Chair, my focus is on ensuring administration is recognised as a strategic priority, not just a back-office function. We’ll continue to work closely with government, regulators, and the wider industry to shape policy, raise expectations, and make sure administration keeps pace with change.

I would like to thank my predecessor, Kim Gubler, for her outstanding leadership and I’m delighted she continues as President, ensuring PASA retains her passion and expertise. Together, with our members and stakeholders, we will keep driving improvements in standards, strengthening confidence, and putting members at the heart of everything we do.
